Shivani Sidhar is currently the Director of Regulatory Affairs for San Diego Gas & Electric, overseeing regulatory operations for Sempra Energy utilities since September 2020. Prior to this role, Shivani held various positions at San Diego Gas & Electric from 2011 to 2017, including Regulatory Business Manager and Supervising Regulatory Case Manager, following participation in a rotational program in Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Legal. Shivani's experience also includes serving as Senior Counsel at Uber and a Legal Extern for the California Public Utilities Commission. Shivani holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and additional education at Michigan State University’s Institute of Public Utilities Rate School and Delhi University.
