Marilyn Evakise, CSM, PSM-I, is a seasoned Senior Scrum Master at San Diego Gas & Electric, where since January 2022, Marilyn has managed multiple offshore and onshore teams within a SAFe environment, enhancing customer experiences through various collaborative projects. Prior to this role, Marilyn served as a Scrum Master at Reliant Funding from April 2019 to January 2022, facilitating the transition of engineering teams to Agile practices, specifically within Salesforce and analytics. Marilyn's career began at Apple, where from February 2017 to March 2019, Marilyn effectively managed customer service solutions and order management processes. Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from Texas Southern University, earned in December 2020.
