Alan Sabin is an experienced accounting and business analysis professional, currently serving as an Accounting Supervisor at San Diego Gas & Electric since October 2013, where responsibilities include leading analysis for the $1 billion SONGS nuclear decommissioning project and performing budget optimization for executives. Previously at Sempra Energy from June 2009 to October 2013, Alan managed significant power transaction settlements and automated various financial reporting processes. Earlier roles include operations management at Sephra, LLC, where Alan developed analytical tools and reporting systems. Alan holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Financial Services from Brigham Young University.
