Ernesto Rivera is a professional with extensive experience in workforce development, currently serving as a Project Specialist in Work Based Learning at the San Diego County Office of Education since July 2018. Previously, Ernesto held the position of Youth Programs Coordinator at the San Diego Workforce Partnership from February 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included coordinating the CONNECT2Careers program and supporting the Youth Summer Employment program.
