Sheba Najmi is a seasoned professional in UX and product design, currently serving as the Director of UX & Product Design at FreeWill, where responsibilities include co-leading R&D and spearheading the design of user-centric products that significantly enhance customer experiences. Sheba has built a successful research and design team and has a proven track record in improving product processes, evidenced by a dramatic increase in weekly Will completion and over $2B raised in charitable bequest giving. Additionally, as an Adjunct Professor at San Diego City College, Sheba co-teaches an advanced course on end-to-end Product Design. As the Founder and Executive Director of Tech for Change and the Chair of the Board for Code for Pakistan, Sheba actively promotes technology-based solutions to empower communities. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Product Design at LinkedIn and Senior User Experience Strategist at Exygy, along with numerous teaching positions. Sheba holds both a B.S. and a Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford University.
