Zoltan Liska is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at East Coast Concepts since October 2021, Zoltan previously held the position of Director of Operations at Good Karma Holding from May 2020 to October 2021. Earlier roles include Brand Manager at Aura Hospitality Qatar, where responsibilities included reinventing Mokarabia Coffee Bars with full P&L accountability and enhancing operational standards for a team of over 80. Zoltan has also contributed to brand development as Head of Coffee at Individual Restaurants, managing all aspects of coffee offerings and training, as well as being a Starbucks Manager Trainer at Queensway Coffee Houses Limited. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Malmaison and Caffe Nero, beginning as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks. Zoltan holds a degree from Corvinus University of Budapest.
