Otis Greer possesses extensive experience in legislative and public affairs, currently serving as the Director of Legislative and Public Affairs for the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority since August 2016. Prior roles include Government Relations Analyst for the County of San Bernardino and Director of Community Affairs for Auto Club Speedway, where contributions spanned over a decade. Additional experience includes positions as a Student Affairs Officer at both UC Santa Cruz and the University of California, Riverside. Otis Greer holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, and an MA in Social Sciences from California State University-San Bernardino.
