Kassie Quintanilla Salinas, ACE, is an experienced IT Project Manager at the City of San Antonio since May 2024 and has served as a Management Analyst at San Antonio International Airport since May 2017, where Kassie also held the position of AICC Telecommunicator. Kassie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Forensic from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, completing studies from 2011 to 2018.
