Michael Wroczynski

CEO & cofounder at Samurai Labs

Michael Wroczynski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael founded and served as the CEO of Samurai Labs since 2018, where they focused on keeping children and online communities safe by responding to cyberviolence, sexual predators, and crisis situations. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2017, Wroczynski was the CEO and Founder of fido.ai, which developed a new form of artificial intelligence that analyzed online conversations with high accuracy.

Before that, Wroczynski founded Fido Intelligence in 2007 and served as the CEO until 2013. Fido Intelligence was known for pioneering the detection of online pedophiles and hate speech, and it had various successful projects for large enterprises and government clients.

In addition, Wroczynski founded Fido Interactive in 2001 and held the position of CEO until 2006. Before these ventures, they co-founded the Red Cross special rescue team in 1994 and introduced new techniques for handling emergency issues. Wroczynski also played a role in training and deploying a new breed of rescue dogs during their time with the team.

Furthermore, in 1996, Wroczynski founded InterMed and served as the CTO until 1998. InterMed provided software solutions for healthcare companies, and they developed the first medical portal in Poland and a healthcare HR automation system.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Wroczynski co-founded Medical Web Designs in 1999 and served as the CTO. They created a search engine for pharmaceutical drugs that helped patients find information about drugs and their side effects. Alongside this, Wroczynski worked to disrupt Phase Four of pharma clinical trials.

Overall, Michael Wroczynski has had extensive experience in various industries, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, healthcare, and emergency response.

Michael Wroczynski completed their education with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny (Medical University of Gdańsk). Michael attended the university from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, they also completed a 4-year program in Postgraduate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The start and end years for this program were not provided.
