Mr. Bulcao is responsible for many of Samumed’s corporate operations as well as legal matters. A seasoned litigator with 15 years of experience, Mr. Bulcao has litigated a wide variety of cases, including securities, antitrust, and general commercial disputes in federal and state courts as well as in front of various arbitration panels. He began his legal career at Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP in New York following a federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn of the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas. He subsequently joined the Wall Street litigation boutique Schindler Cohen & Hochman LLP.

Mr. Bulcao received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. in English Literature and Language from the University of Virginia.
