Jaclyn Spackman is a Product Metallurgist at STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada since January 2012, responsible for quality assurance of customer orders, managing PPAP documentation, and analyzing large datasets using advanced tools like Excel and Power BI. Previous roles at STELCO included Quality Investigator, where responsibilities encompassed root cause analysis, SPC implementation, and collaboration on new steel grades, alongside experience as a Metallurgical & Quality Assurance Management Associate. Outside of engineering, Jaclyn leads a classic rock cover band, Anthem, focusing on client relations and logistics, and operates a small business, Stitch 'n Clay, creating handmade art, notably scrub caps for medical professionals. Educational background includes a degree in Materials Engineering & Society from McMaster University, complemented by experience as an assistant and instructor at various educational programs.
