Benoit Vivier has extensive experience in maintenance and operations, currently serving as Contremaître maintenance et opérations at Samuel, Son & Co. since February 1994. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance for three factories, leading health and safety committees for twelve years, and managing energy efficiency initiatives for two years. Benoit has also been involved in fire brigade leadership for thirteen years and holds a position as a workplace first responder. Prior roles at Samuel, Son & Co. included Acheteur & Coordinateur de la Maintenance and machine operator. Earlier experience includes positions at Lady Americana and STEINBERG, as well as automotive aesthetic technician at Saint-Léonard Toyota. Benoit graduated from Polyvalente Évariste-Leblanc in 1989 with a secondary education diploma.
