Samu is a pioneering group of companies in Spain with 40 years of experience in healthcare, social action and emergency sectors. 

Founded in 1981 by Dr. Carlos Álvarez Leiva (Huelva, 1946), Samu incorporated the first operational Mobile ICU in Spain into its emergency services and is currently made up of different companies and a Foundation. Some 2,000 professionals work in them, leading each project with the highest qualifications and commitment, offering increasingly efficient methods and solutions. 

Samu has 70 offices around the world, as in addition to those established in Spain, it is also present in countries such as the USA and Morocco.
