Jed Acido is a skilled software professional with extensive experience in software engineering and application support. Currently serving as a Software Test Engineer and previously as an Application Support Engineer at Samsotech International since September 2022, Jed has a rich background in providing support for mission-critical enterprise applications at Network Systems Development from May 2013 to August 2022 as a Software Consultant - Application Support Analyst.
