Wendy Levenson Dean, Esq. is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, including sales, leasing, and property management. Currently serving as Broker Manager at Samson Properties since April 2021, Wendy previously held positions as Managing Broker for Keller Williams Realty in Virginia and Principal Broker in Washington, D.C., and Maryland. With a background in law, Wendy practiced as a Circuit Mediation Officer at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and held senior associate roles at Arnold & Porter, specializing in complex commercial litigation and land use law. Wendy holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, supplemented by training in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
