SY Wu is an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since 15 December 2008 and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company. Mr. Wu has been practicing law for over 30 years, and is the founding partner of Wu & Partners, Attorneys-at-Law, a firm based in Taipei, Taiwan which he founded in 2004.
