Andrew Kuo is an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since 24 October 2005, the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company. Mr. Kuo is currently the Senior Advisor of The Blackstone Group (HK) Limited and also a partner of Zoyi Capital Ltd. He is a Non-executive Director of Far East Horizon Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange and a director of Long Chen Paper Co., Ltd., a company listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation. Mr. Kuo has been appointed as the Chairman of Cathay United Bank Co., Ltd. with effect from 29 June 2017.
