Suresh Pandey has over 14 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Suresh is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager in Safety Applications at Samsara since October 2022. Prior to Samsara, they worked at Wayfair as a Senior Engineering Manager in Post Order Processing from January 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining Wayfair, Suresh served as a VP software engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from October 2019 to December 2021, where they gained extensive experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed applications. Suresh also has a background in data center migration to AWS and architecting monolithic applications to microservices.

Prior to JPMorgan Chase & Co., Suresh worked at Capital One from 2015 to 2019 in various roles, including Software Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer. In these positions, they led teams of engineers to design and implement next-generation auto loan platforms using reactive, event-based microservice architecture. Suresh also played a key role in migrating applications to cloud-native, microservices architecture using various technologies like Kafka, SpringBoot, and Cassandra.

Earlier in their career, Suresh worked as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini from 2014 to 2015 and as a Java Project Lead at Syntl Inc from 2013 to 2014. At Capgemini, they led a team in integrating Apple Pay with a payment gateway for a financial client. At Syntl Inc, they developed a business solution for providing discounts to customers for a shipping provider.

Suresh also has experience working as a Senior Consultant at Hitachi Consulting from 2010 to 2013, where they developed projects to enhance the car buying experience for an auto manufacturer. Suresh integrated financing solutions to provide customers with APR and payment information upfront.

Suresh started their career as a System Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd from 2008 to 2010.
