Saurabh Deswal is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and sales. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Tech & Seller Experience at Samsara, Saurabh previously held multiple senior leadership roles at VMware, including Sr. Engineering Director and Site Lead, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing customer and channel experiences, leading teams, and managing engineering portfolios. Saurabh's career began at Tavant Technologies and FICO, where substantial contributions were made to product development and client training. Saurabh holds an Advanced Management Programme in Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
