Madison McMahon has a strong background in customer success and account management. Since 2022, Madison has been working as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Samsara. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Madison worked at Darktrace, initially as a Strategic Customer Success Manager and later as a Customer Success Manager. From 2017 to 2020, Madison held positions at Dun & Bradstreet, including Associate Account Manager and Account Coordinator. In these roles, Madison managed strategic accounts, drove value and adoption of digital product offerings, and coordinated audience solutions.
Madison McMahon completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2013 to 2017. They also studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General during the same period at Southern Methodist University.
