Jess Guenette has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2022, they worked as a Lead Business Talent Partner at Samsara. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at Twilio Inc. Initially, they served as a Senior Talent Researcher and later transitioned to the positions of Talent Partner and Senior Talent Partner. From 2018 to 2019, Jess worked as a Senior Software Engineering Recruiter at Google. They also held the position of Recruiting Director and Human Resources Business Partner at CRRC MA from 2017 to 2018. Before that, Jess gained experience at Heidrick & Struggles, where they served as an Executive Recruiter in different practices, including CEO & Board Practice - Technology & Financial Services and Financial Officers Practice - Consumer Markets. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they worked at Carlton Smith, LLC as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, and Assistant Human Resources Generalist. In 2009, Jess started their career at the Berggruen Institute as a Human Resources Coordinator & Executive Assistant to the CFO and COO, and later held the position of Executive Assistant to the CFO and COO, and Administrative Assistant. They also gained experience as a Public Relations and Marketing Intern at Stanton Communications Inc in 2009 and as an Advertising Account Executive for Camp Allen at SNHU Advertising Lab from 2006 to 2008.

Jess Guenette obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing, with double minors in Communications and Public Relations, from Southern New Hampshire University. They graduated in 2008 with a GPA of 3.64. Following this, Jess pursued a Master's degree in Marketing from the same university between 2010 and 2012. During their Master's program, they also earned a Certificate in Social Media Strategic Planning, maintaining a GPA of 3.67.
