Jess Guenette has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2022, they worked as a Lead Business Talent Partner at Samsara. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at Twilio Inc. Initially, they served as a Senior Talent Researcher and later transitioned to the positions of Talent Partner and Senior Talent Partner. From 2018 to 2019, Jess worked as a Senior Software Engineering Recruiter at Google. Jess Guenette obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing, with double minors in Communications and Public Relations, from Southern New Hampshire University. They graduated in 2008 with a GPA of 3.64. Following this, Jess pursued a Master's degree in Marketing from the same university between 2010 and 2012. During their Master's program, they also earned a Certificate in Social Media Strategic Planning, maintaining a GPA of 3.67.
