Gustavo Balla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, financial management, and education. Currently serving as a Mid Market Account Executive and Team Lead at Samsara since October 2022, Gustavo has achieved notable recognition, including the FY24 Winner's Circle Award for being the second highest performer in the Commercial Segment. Prior to Samsara, Gustavo co-founded and managed financial operations at Discovery Preschool and Family Center, significantly increasing annual revenue and overseeing a $2 million budget. Furthermore, Gustavo's teaching career includes roles as a 3rd and 4th Grade Teacher, where educational leadership and community engagement were key focuses. Gustavo holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications and Spanish from California State University, Chico, along with a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from San Jose State University.
