Esther Ly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Esther most recently worked as a Customer Success Manager at Samsara starting in May 2023. Prior to that, Esther worked as a Consultant and Analyst at Deloitte, starting in April 2022 and October 2020 respectively. Esther also gained experience as a Management Information Systems - SAP Tutor at Grand Valley State University from September 2019 to April 2020. Esther held multiple roles at International Studies Abroad (ISA) as a Global Ambassador from January 2019 to April 2020. Additionally, they interned at Metro Health as a Process and Performance Improvement Intern from August 2019 to December 2019, Eli Lilly and Company as an ERP Services IT Intern from May 2019 to August 2019, and briefly worked as a Sales Associate at Merrell from January 2018 to August 2018. Esther's earliest work experience was at Zale Jewelers where they worked as a Sales Associate from July 2017 to December 2017. Esther gained valuable customer service skills and was responsible for various tasks such as assisting customers, closing sales, and administrative duties. Prior to that, they worked as a Bakery Clerk at Panera Bread from September 2016 to July 2017.

Esther Ly's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Management Information Systems and Supply Chain Management from Grand Valley State University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. In 2018, they participated in a study abroad program at Konkuk University, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Prior to attending Grand Valley State University, Esther attended Calvin University from 2015 to 2016 and studied Psychology and Communications.
