Papa Omar Diouf possesses extensive experience in customer support and service roles. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Transcom Worldwide Latvia since December 2022, Papa has also been a Customer Service Representative at Samres AB since March 2017, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison for taxi companies and coordinating with cab drivers for timely arrivals. Additionally, Papa works as an admissions counselor for international students aiming to study in Sweden, collaborating with admissions staff to enhance the application review process. Educationally, Papa holds a Bachelor of Arts in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (UCAD).
