Sabah Bogasmi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting, business development, and training. Currently serving as a Leadership Senior Consultant at SAMREF Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd. since December 2023, Sabah previously operated as a freelance trainer and consultant specializing in leadership and entrepreneurship development from June 2014 to December 2023. As a board member at Padi Clinic and in various roles at NITI National Industrial Training Institute, Sabah demonstrated expertise in business development. Notably, a founding member of Jeunesse Global in the Middle East from October 2018 to November 2022, Sabah also held leadership positions in project management at the Presidency of State Security and human resources at Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company. Academic credentials include a Mini MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science from King Faisal University.
