She has previously held senior roles at top healthcare programs, including Chief Innovation Officer of UCLA Health, Director of the California State Department of Health Services, and Commissioner of Health for the State of New Jersey. Dr. Coye is Executive in Residence at AVIA, the nation's leading network for health provider systems seeking to innovate and transform through the deployment of digital solutions. She is an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine (formerly the Institute of Medicine).
