Tom Slootman has extensive experience in the field of education and training, currently serving as an Adviseur Praktijkleren at Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven since August 2015. Previously, Tom has held roles such as Opleidingsadviseur at Kenteq since October 1991 and Consulent at SOM Opleidingen Metaal from October 1991 to April 2003. Early in their career, Tom worked as a Develop Engineer at Fokker special products from August 1988 to September 1991. Tom's educational background includes a postdoctoral degree in Opleidingsadviseur from the University of Groningen (2001-2002), a PTH in Consulent Techniek from Pedagogisch Technische Hogeschool Utrecht (1994-1995), and a degree in Werktuigbouwkunde, Productietechniek from Hogere Technische School Zwolle (1984-1988).
