Irene Lem is an experienced advisor specializing in practical learning under the organization Samenwerking Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven SBB since December 2020, focusing on the metal and technology sectors in Noord-Holland. Prior to this role, Irene took a sabbatical for seven months traveling in Australia and New Zealand after serving as a Business Development Manager at Luba from January 2018 to September 2019, where competencies included project planning and execution. Irene has extensive entrepreneurial experience as the Director of SWA B.V. from 2014 to 2018, pioneering learn/work trajectories in collaboration with various stakeholders, and previously managed HR services and staffing operations at SWA Personeelsdiensten B.V. and SWA Uitzendorganisatie B.V.
