Alexander Sporenberg is a seasoned professional in the legal tech and investment sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder at Beglaubigt.de since October 2023. As an angel investor since September 2020, Alexander has engaged with multiple ventures, including Sameday Health and Rex through SPV. Prior to these roles, Alexander held significant positions at Razor Group, where responsibilities included leading sales and partnership development and managing extensive M&A processes with deal volumes exceeding €100 million. Alexander's consultancy experience includes digital transformation projects with 2BCS AG and supporting M&A diligence at CORE SE. Academically, Alexander holds a Master's in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen, a Master of Science from Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Science from WU Vienna, along with an exchange program at Tsinghua University and a management certification from the Junior-Management School in Cologne.
