William C. has a diverse work experience in the field of intelligence and crisis management. William is currently working as a Crisis Intelligence Manager for APAC at samdesk since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Responder at Sonder starting from July 2022. William also served as an Intelligence Adviser at the Queensland Government from July 2021 to October 2022. Before that, William worked at Serco as an Intelligence and Investigations professional from October 2020 to July 2021. William also gained experience as an Intelligence Consultant at GardaWorld from May 2019 to October 2020. Additionally, William has worked as an Analyst at the Department of Defence from January 2015 to March 2019 and served as a Soldier in the Australian Army from March 2010 to January 2015.

William C. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Swinburne University of Technology from 2017 to 2021. In 2019, they obtained additional certifications including a Diploma of Security and Risk Management from the Hamel Institute, a Diploma of Work Health and Safety from the College for Law, Education and Training, a Certificate IV Government Security - Personnel Vetting from the College for Law, Education and Training, and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment from the Australian Defence Force. In 2023, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence Analysis at Charles Sturt University, which lasted until 2024.
