Luana Luiza is an experienced professional in technical support and coordination, currently serving as Coordenador de suporte at Sambatech since December 2020. Prior to this role, Luana held various positions at Sync Softwares from December 2016 to December 2020, progressing from Analista de suporte de TI to Coordenador de suporte técnico. Luana began the career at A.R.G. LTDA as an Instalador e mantenedor de computadores e redes locais in 2014. Luana holds a Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação from PUC Minas and is pursuing a Pós-Graduação in Gerenciamento de Projetos at the same institution. Additionally, Luana has completed an Auxiliar Administrativo course at Cebrac and received training at SENAI in 2014.
