Zach Graumann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2009, they worked as a Management Intern at Hillstone Restaurant Group. From 2010 to 2018, they joined UBS Wealth Management, where they served as the Director, Head of Client Philanthropy Solutions, and Associate Director, Strategic Analyst, among other roles. During this time, they played a key role in building and leading the US Client Philanthropy offering.

In 2014, Graumann co-founded SuitUp Incorporated, an education non-profit organization that brings companies into classrooms to increase career awareness and marketable skills for low-income students. Zach served as the Co-Founder and Chairman and oversaw the organization's growth, hosting business competitions in partnership with companies like UBS, PIMCO, LinkedIn, and Goldman Sachs.

In 2018, Graumann became the Campaign Manager for Andrew Yang for President 2020, helping raise $40 million in donations and leading a successful campaign. In 2020, they co-founded Humanity Forward and served as the Executive Director, advocating for universal basic income and other progressive policies.

Graumann's involvement in politics continued in 2021 when they joined Yang for New York as a Senior Advisor during Andrew Yang's mayoral campaign. In 2022, they founded Samarity, a marketing platform that connects brands and volunteers to drive impact engagements and donations to charities.

Throughout their career, Graumann has showcased their expertise in strategic philanthropy, impact investing, and social entrepreneurship, frequently speaking at events and conferences on these topics. Additionally, they served as the Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for Saint Mary's Catholic Academy, overseeing a significant budget and making strategic decisions.

Zach Graumann holds an A.B. degree in Public Policy, Markets, and Management Studies from Duke University. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor certification from the College for Financial Planning in April 2014.
