Derick Uhler, CSM, serves as the Information Technology Support Manager at Samaritan Ministries International, leading a team focused on enhancing user experiences and addressing member technical needs since November 2012. Uhler's previous roles include IT Service Delivery Coordinator, Solution Manager, and various positions in desktop support, emphasizing process improvement and solutions analysis. Uhler also has a military background as a Builder, 1st Class Petty Officer in the US Navy Reserve, and has provided computer support for Illinois Central College and served as a Salesforce Administrator at ENTEC Services, Inc. Uhler holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Illinois Central College and a high school diploma from Tremont High School.
