Juliet Otiato is an experienced training and operations professional with a strong background in customer service and quality assurance. Currently serving as Team Training Manager at Angaza since April 2023, Juliet has also held senior management roles at Sama since March 2019, including Senior Manager Training Operations and Training and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes the position of Senior Trainer at Samasource from June 2015 to August 2024, and earlier roles as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Service Representative at Kencall, where responsibilities included quality reviews and customer engagement. Juliet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Paul's University, completed in 2017.
