Stuart MacLean is a skilled professional with a diverse background in transportation planning, project management, and customer experience. Currently serving as Transportation Planner II at Sam Schwartz since August 2022, Stuart previously held the position of Transportation Planner at the Transit Authority of River City (TARC) from May 2020 to June 2022.
