Jon Fehr is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in dealership management and human resources. Currently serving as General Manager at BMW Of Peoria, Jon oversees all aspects of new and used vehicle sales, service, and body shop operations, while also managing marketing, purchasing, budgeting, employee relations, and overall profitability. Since June 1986, Jon has held multiple roles at Sam Leman Automotive, including Corporate Manager and Human Resource/Legal/Compliance Director, where responsibilities encompass advising on employee relations, handling hiring and termination processes, and addressing legal compliance issues. Jon Fehr attended Eureka College from 1982 to 1986, where studies focused on business.
