Tara Trautman is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Sam Carbis Solutions Group since December 2022, Tara previously held the same title at Concordia Lutheran Ministries from October 2019 to January 2023. Tara also worked as the Manager of Driver Recruitment and Human Resources Generalist at J. Rayl Transport, Inc. from September 2016 to October 2019, and as an HR Coordinator at Choice Traditions, Inc. from July 2015 to August 2016. Early in the career, Tara gained experience as a Bartender at Romano's Macaroni Grill from 2008 to 2015. Tara's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the same institution, earned in 2016, alongside an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Akron.
