Michael Lupian is an experienced Program and Project Manager with a strong background in commissioning services for critical facilities, particularly within the data center sector. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Project Manager at Iconicx Services since July 2022, Michael oversees confidential client projects, focusing on commissioning strategies. Previously, Michael held diverse roles at Rubicon Technical Services from September 2018 to July 2022, managing business relationships and leading project execution across multiple regions. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Senior Commissioning Engineer and Project Manager, gaining expertise in electrical commissioning for data center clients. Michael's career began in the US Navy as a Nuclear Trained Electrician, where significant improvements in maintenance practices were achieved. Formal education includes training at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
