Dawn-Michelle Lewis has a diverse range of work experience primarily in the entertainment, media, and marketing industries. Dawn-Michelle started their career in 2013 as a Professional Actor with the Actors' Equity Association. In 2021, they worked as a Stage Manager for the Strasburg Rail Road Company, where they were responsible for organizing and coordinating theatrical productions. From 2022 to present, they have been involved in podcast production, initially as a Podcast Producer and later as a Senior Podcast Producer at Market Domination LLC - Direct Response Marketing. In 2023, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Salutations Media Co. Additionally, Dawn-Michelle Lewis has worked as a Writer for the International Association of Professional Writers and Editors (IAPWE).

Dawn-Michelle Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the People, which they obtained from 2023 to 2025. In 2023, they also completed a NYU Modern Journalism Certificate from Yellowbrick. Dawn-Michelle previously pursued an Associate of Fine Arts degree in Theatre/Theater from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music Teacher Education from Messiah University from 2010 to 2012. Their high school education was completed at Cedar Cliff High School, where they earned their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 2006 to 2010.
