Marten Peck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of engineering and business. Currently serving as Co-Founder and General Partner at Salus Ventures since July 2022, Marten previously held the position of Principal at peckvonhartel from April 2003. Marten also acted as Director for North Queensland Resources Pty Ltd from 2016 to July 2024, and as Development Manager at Multiplex from 1999 to 2005. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at Arup (1998-1999), Analyst at ING Barings (1996-1998), and Structural Engineer at Maunsell Consultants Asia Ltd. (1994-1995). Marten holds a combined BE (Hons) and BCom in Civil/Structural Engineering and Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and completed education at Melbourne Grammar School.
