Neil Bancroft-Jones FCA is an experienced financial leader currently serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Saltwater Games since January 2024, overseeing a group that includes Maze Theory, Nexus Labs, and Saltwater.labs studios. Previously, Neil has held multiple CFO roles at Maze Theory and Nexus Labs since March 2022, and served as CFO at Emergent Entertainment from October 2022 to December 2023. Prior to these positions, Neil was Head of Finance at Gardens of Eden and contributed significantly as Finance Director Designate at nDreams. With a strong foundation as Senior Financial Analyst at BOC UK & Ireland and Corporate Finance Senior Manager at BDO UK LLP, Neil demonstrates extensive expertise in finance, operations, and governance, accelerated by a degree in Economics from Durham University.
