Juul Voorhamm - van Wettum serves as onderwijsmanager at NCOI Groep since April 2004, overseeing the quality assurance of programs in the sectors of Construction, Infrastructure, ICT, and Transport & Logistics. Prior roles include leading shared services, sales, and a team in A&V, all centering on performance management aligned with the NCOI management cycle. Juul also has experience as an opleidingsadviseur, optimizing communication and conducting advisory discussions, and previously coordinated exams, handling student and faculty correspondence. Additional experience includes serving as officemanager at ZangProfs and working in promotional roles and administration at European Choral Club and BMG Music Publishing, respectively. Juul holds a BBA in Management and Coaching from NCOI University of Applied Sciences, along with various education credentials from NCOI and Hogeschool Schoevers.
