Jaya Binod is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Director at SALT (YC W'22) since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jaya held several significant positions, including Process Lead at RBL Bank from March 2018 to August 2022, and Head of Operations at ESAF Bank in Bangalore from July 2017 to February 2018. Jaya's extensive career also includes serving as Vice President at SHINHAN BANK from 2007 to 2015, and roles in trade services at HSBC and as a back office executive at Emirates NBD. Earlier positions include Manager of Treasury Back Office at Shinhan Bank India and Trade Export at The British Bank of the Middle East. Jaya holds MCom and MBA degrees from Mumbai University.
