Tony Jolley has extensive experience in portfolio management and project governance, currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Management and previously as Program Manager at Salt Lake County since May 2015, leading critical projects such as 311/CRM and mainframe migration. Prior to this, Tony held the position of Senior Buyer - Contracts and Procurement at Salt Lake County, where responsibilities included project management for the Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP implementation. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Global Technology Group, LLC, Supervalu, Albertsons, American Stores Company, and EDS Group, contributing to significant organizational transformations and IT strategy development. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
