Douglas Castillo serves as a Learning & Development Program Facilitator and DEI Program Developer at Salt Lake County since November 2020, leading initiatives to identify and address diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) gaps through culture assessments and consultations with senior executives. Previously, Douglas held positions at Leadership Integration Simplified, where responsibilities included researching and delivering leadership training, and facilitating programs to enhance corporate culture. Experience also includes roles as a Corporate Trainer at Business Minds Research and Development, Head Facilitator at Outlook Development of Utah, and Applications Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Douglas holds a certificate in Leading with Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion from the University of Utah, as well as degrees in Film Production and an Associate's degree from Salt Lake Community College and the University of Utah.
