Rick Pearson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Network Distributors since January 2017, Rick has driven the company to become a leader in OEM compatible optical transceivers and memory solutions. In conjunction with this role, Rick serves as CEO of a portfolio company under Salt Creek Capital, a private equity firm focused on acquiring small to mid-sized businesses. Previously, Rick held leadership positions at Continental Microwave as President, overseeing significant sales and operations, and at Cobham SATCOM as Vice President Maritime SATCOM, where strategic initiatives contributed to substantial revenue growth. Their earlier tenure includes senior roles at Agilent Technologies and HP, marked by successful business expansions and operational improvements. Rick began their career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, focusing on communications and surface warfare. Rick holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University and a BS in Physics and Chemistry from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
