Amy Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and product expertise. Currently serving as a Product Expert in Activation at Salsify since November 2020, Amy previously worked as a Technical Support Consultant. Prior roles include Technical Support Engineer at Bamboo Rose, IT Helpdesk Co-op at CBT Architects, and Technology Support Analyst at Harvard University. Amy also gained experience as an IT Intern at Payette and as a Call Center Intern at MassDOT RMV. Amy holds a degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology, attended from 2014 to 2018, and graduated from Quincy High School in 2014.
