Shirin Rotty has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2014, they worked as a Real Estate Agent at IMMO-REGARD for a month. The following year, in 2015, they briefly worked at Daoust as a Recruitment Manager for a month. In 2016, Shirin was a Marketing Officer at Miss Belgium, where they handled the reevaluation of the marketing strategy, prospecting for new sponsors/customers, and media content creation. During the same time, Shirin also participated as a Finalist in the Miss Belgium 2017 competition. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Event Hostess at DEGELIN MODEL GROUP. Currently, since 2020, Shirin serves as an Account Manager at Salonkee.

Shirin Rotty began their education at Collège Saint-Etienne site des Hayeffes from 2008 to 2014, where they completed their general education. Shirin then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at EPHEC from 2014 to 2017. Afterward, they attended Université catholique de Louvain from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in Communication & Public Relations.
