Alison Petrash is an experienced Total Rewards Consultant currently at Salo LLC since September 2020. Previously, Alison served as the Director of Total Rewards at BlueCross and BlueShield of Minnesota from June 2018 to June 2020. A significant portion of Alison's career was spent at LPL Financial, where roles included VP of Compensation, AVP of Compensation, Manager of Compensation, and Sr Compensation Analyst from June 2011 to June 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Sr Compensation Specialist at CareFusion and Catastrophe Risk Consultant at Collins. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Classics, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2007.
