Nick Pappas has extensive experience in service delivery and technical project management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Service Delivery at Salmat since March 2011. In this role, Nick oversees the Service Delivery for Salmat Digital and is responsible for various communication platforms and customer website integrations. Prior to this, Nick held positions including Development Manager at Salmat Digital, Technical Project Manager at Salmat Interactive, and IVR and Java Developer at Dialect Interactive. Nick's career began at Nuance Communications, where contributions included developing and deploying speech applications and supporting project management efforts. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Computer Science and Technology from the University of Sydney and earlier education at The Scots College and Brent International School Manila.
